In 1992 our very own Australian industry begun with a single question, asking why must whisky production be limited to Scotland? The guys in Seattle have done the same, creating their own unique production traits and distinctive style.
In October 2016, we were proud to bring you Australia's first tasting of Westland Single Malt Whiskey. A Seattle based distillery with still capacity double that of Kilchoman, making it one of the largest single malt distilleries in North America.
Now! Join master distiller Matt Hofman in tasting their highly-awarded core range, alongside this years annual Peat Week expression. One of 1,083 bottles worldwide, Peat Week in its 5th year and continues to dazzle with a PPM to rival the Islay giants we know and love.
