American Whiskey Tasting: The New Frontier

The American whiskey industry has grown astronomically in recent years. Well over 500 distilleries in the United States now make whiskey and considering the country’s rich history of bourbon and rye whiskey production, the US is one of the world’s powerhouse producers. But with this tasting we’re giving you something a little different: an exploration of some of the smaller distilleries shaking things up. These producers are asking questions about what whisky is, how it can be made, and what actually defines 'American' whiskey.
