Independent bottling 'The Firkin Whisky Company' was launched in 2019 by industry veteran Mike Collings. You may recognise the name, Mike launched premium blend Spencer Collings in previous years which, despite its labelling as a blend, was a hit with malt enthusiasts and the team at Whisky & Alement. Mike returns in late January to present his newest project in a night ear-marked for entertainment, a night of so-called 'malt madness.' Know nothing, know a tad, or two, and want to know more? Mike promises an evening to be enjoyed by all!
