Whisky collecting as long been a popular hobby of the whisky enthusiast. In 2015 Italy's Valentino Zagatti made world headlines when he sold his vintage collection to Dutch investment company Scotch Whisky International. Infamously, he sold the collection on with the proviso that it was made available to the public for viewing, a legacy that shows that whisky collecting is not only for the hard line investor.

Whisky & Alement was established in 2010, and Owner Julian White has been collecting his rare and favourite drams for over a decade. The collection has one sole purpose - to be shared. Join Julian for a formal tasting of his personal cellar picks.
