  • Duration: 90 Minutes (approx.)

Join us downstairs at W&A with local Scotch Malt Whisky Society Ambassadors Matt Bailey and Adam Ioannidis for a casual set of drams of a very special kind!

The rarity around distillery 27 from Campbeltown has caused many a fracas in recent years, as the world admires this distillery for its traditional methods of production and completely unique set of flavours the competition to acquire just a bottle of core range whisky is unprecedented.

This August, the SMWS has something special in store for lovers of Campbeltown malt, a 30-year-old single cask bottling, finished in a 1st fill ex-PX sherry hogshead, "Sticky Toffee Axle Grease Pudding" is set to be a highlight of the year.

With a retail tag of $3,500, we're giving both SMWS members and non-members a very real and viable chance to taste this incredible whisky along with a half-dram of Springbank 10-year-old and 15-year-old for just $99.

There are less than 6 bottles of this SMWS 27 in the country and it will not be getting an official release in Outturn, so this is your only opportunity to try this piece of Campbeltown excellence.

Please note: this is a casual event and does not include a presentation, you are welcome to arrive anytime within the two-hour session time.
