Inside the Irish Whiskey industry with special guest, former IWS President Peter White

From AUD $65.00
  • Duration: 2 Hours (approx.)
  • Location: Melbourne, VIC
  • Product code: PHYT40

Whisky & Alement have been proud members of The Irish Whiskey Society for 10 years, striking up a wonderful partnership with founder member and former President, Peter White.

A figurehead in Irish Whiskey advocacy and marvellous host, Peter is taking time off from a holiday (if that's a thing) to present a very special line up of whiskies which he's collected on distillery visits, had a hand in selecting and delivered to us here on the other side of the world.

This is your chance to try whiskies from Irelands latest and greatest innovators as they seek to take on the world with a fresh outlook on how diverse Irish whisky can be beyond the necessity of simply bottling Cooley stock and Midleton calling all the shots. We look at the fresh faces and try some extraordinary innovations which are making the most of the 2014 Technical file detailing how Irish whiskey must be made.
