As head distiller, Beau has been patiently working away crafting some fascinating whiskies at the remarkable distillery in Corowa, three hours north of Melbourne. Come and hear all the latest about one of Australia's most exciting new whisky operations, and be the first to try some yet-to-be-released Corowa single malts.

- Two yet-to-be-released cask samples brought in direct from the distillery
