Covering simple topics such as how to best appraise whisk(e)y, understanding the flavour wheel, identifying the characteristics of world whisk(e)y including Japanese and Australian whiskies, and the production of Scottish single malt whisky. Upon arrival guests are seated and introduced to their fellow whisky drinkers before beginning the 1.5 hour class of 8 whisky tastings.

Disabled Access: Please note that the tasting room is located on level 1 and accessible only via stairs.
