When Billy Walker acquired The GlenAllachie in 2017, it was a blank piece of paper ready to be drawn on. The brand of GlenAllachie whisky was completely unknown, leaving a wonderful opportunity to take vast quantities of maturing stock and turn them into a brand not tied down to a style. Getting to work straight away, a very conscious shift towards precision and integrity was initiated. Everything was slowed down, instead of running at full capacity, fermentation times were bumped up to 160 hours, all casks were relocated to be matured on-site with a focus on high quality sherry and used no more than twice. Approaching 10 years of this new stewardship under Billy Walker, the man himself has selected a single PX cask to commemorate this milestone which will be available for sale after the event. 

"The Shore master," Jimmy Shore that is, officially welcomes The GlenAllachie back to Australian shores after a near 2 year absence from the market. The much loved, sherry forward single malt brand familiar to Australian whisky lovers is back with a fresh outlook.

No cancellations or refunds for any product. Tickets can be gifted to friends or family without notifying the venue.

Disabled Access is available on the ground level, but is not available for our tasting room. Please contact us before booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.
