Glencadam boasts an increasingly rare line-up of age statement single malts, and in recent years, the silky, floral complexity of these bottlings has been steadily raising the profile of this lesser-known Highland distillery. It's not often you get to sit down with a range like this, so we're very grateful to Craig Merson from The Whisky Company for presenting this line-up to the Melbourne whisky faithful.
