Founded by William (Bill) McHenry in 2011 after 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, and as close to the South Pole as you can get. McHenry is the only Australian distillery to be losing alcohol by volume (ABV) in the spirit over time - this is normal in the damp and dark dunnages of Scotland, but very unique in Australia. Join ambassador Samuel Lucardie in the first McHenry tasting to hit the main land. All whiskies but one, pulled straight from the cask.
