An intimate tasting of Hidden Spirits' most rare release to date: "The Seekers"

Join Julian White and Miranda Lidgerwood back at the bar as we open an absolutely eye-watering collection. Hidden Spirits' first set, only 60 available world wide, we are thrilled to invite you to taste "The Seekers". 

Prior to founding Hidden Spirits in Italy in 2013, Andrea Ferarri was a passionate whisky collector and blogger. After travelling to Scotland, he began to build connections within the whisky industry, and it wasn't long before Hidden Spirits became a trusted and world-renowned, Italian run independent whisky company. Hand selecting single casks of exceptional single malt from Scotland, among other products such as grappas, rums and more.

The Seekers collection was born as a tribute to the journey that, day after day, guided Hidden Spirits in creating their bottlings.

"The satisfaction that The Seekers feel in the instant where they reach a new discovery, is the spring that pushes them towards new places and emotions. Awaited, loved places that become milestones in a journey of research, research that is worth it, just for the sake of “being there”.  The Seekers encapsulates all of this: distilleries considered timeless and iconic that guide us in the discovery of distillates that drive through an experience for the Seeker, unique, pure energy that becomes and takes the lead with passion for the following discoveries."

The artistic labels are the result of a masterpiece made by Massimo Uberti, Italian artist famous internationally for the use of light and space in his artworks. “Light” intended as bright energy, source of life and guiding light that shows the way. “Space” intended as in the most personal meaning: loved, shared, awaited, infinite, a “space” with a soul to contain and to expand through the “light”, a place that we can define for poetic residents.

Umberti has created for this Collection, four unique artworks, Varco Argento, Sforzinda, Piazza d’Italia and Soglia, that glorify the soul of these Distilleries that they are paired with.

On tasting:

• 15ml x Ben Nevis single cask, distilled 1998 / bottled 2020 – 55.8% ex sherry hogshead. Limited edition: 60 bottles – hand numbered
  
  
• 15ml x Caol Ila single cask, distilled 1999 / bottled 2020 – 62.0% 1st fill bourbon barrel - UNPEATED. Limited edition: 60 bottles – hand numbered
  
  
• 15ml x Highland Park single cask, distilled 2000 / bottled 2020 – 52.5% 1st fill bourbon barrel. Limited edition: 60 bottles – hand numbered
  
  
• 15ml x Bowmore single cask, 2001 distilled 2001 / bottled 2020 – 54.6% ex bourbon hogshead. Limited edition: 60 bottles – hand numbered

If tickets sell out we recommend joining the waiting list. A second event event date is coined for Wednesday 24 January at 7pm and will be released to guests on the waiting list should we receive enough interest.
